March 2018 Paper Crafting Classes

March 3rd Card Buffet 12pm
Join us for our card buffet class, where you will make 5 cards on your own. If you need help I will be there to help but this class allows those that are more advanced card makers to work at their pace and the rest of you to work at your own pace. Hope you will try our class. Cost is $10.00 and all you have to do is bring a tape runner, your $10 and a smile. Call or email me to let me know you are coming at [email protected] or 413-203-5196

March 10th Scrapbooking Crop 12pm
Please join us for our monthly scrapbooking crop, where you bring all your scrapbooking projects you have been working on or want to work on and we get together and get lots done. This crop includes the space to work, a snack, and lots of fun. It is four hours but you can stay as long as you wish. Class is open to all ages 8 and up, and would be great for a mother and daughter or even you and your grandchild. The crop is $10.00 and you need to call or email me at least 2 days prior. 413-203-5196 or [email protected]

March 31st Stamping 101 12pm
Please join us for our stamping 101 class where you will learn all about basic stamping. This class is designed for the person who has never stamped before or those who have just started stamping. This class is great for one or up to 10 people and for ages 8 and up. We ask that you bring a few favorite stamps if you have them, a tape runner and a smile. Please register early so we know you are coming, and you can do this by calling me at 413-203-5196 or emailing me at [email protected] Class Cost is $10.00

Designer series paper cut 5” x 3 3/4”

Instructions:
With piece of whisper white that measures 8 1/2” x 5 1/2” score it in half at 4 1/4” and crease the fold line. Next add the basic black piece with snail to the whisper white base. Add the designer series paper on top of that with snail and lastly add the whisper white piece on top of that with snail.
Now on a separate scrap piece of whisper white stamp the three panda bears in memento black ink. Color in their the balloon, hat and then cut them out.
Add the three panda bears to the cards and then add clear wink of stella to the hat and balloon.

Sour cream container birthday suprise

This cute little sour cream container is easy to make and can be made for any occasion. Try making a bunch for a birthday paper, anniversery party or even a baby shower.

 

Paper sizes:
Designer series paper cut 6” x 6”

Instructions:
Cut a piece of designer series paper 6” x 6” and then add tear and tape to three sides of the inside. Take off one side that only has the one strip and one of the other two. Fold over the side with only one strip to the side with no tape, forming a tube.
Next adhere together the part where you took the tape off, this will be the bottoms. (If you have a crimper you can crimp the end).
Now fill the container with a treat like kisses or any other candy and take the tape off and seal. Use the Crimer on the top if you wish.
Punch a hole into the top and tie a bow with the red ribbon. Now on a scrap a whisper white chard stock stamp the panda with the balloon and color it in with markers of your choice. Adhere it to the container and you are done.

Sharing and bring joy to others is what we are all about. It is important to us to bring joy to others, so why not take our consent and bring joy to others by making a bunch of these cards and brin joy to the one’s you love.

Whisper white: 5 1/2” x 8 1/2”.
Night of navy: 5 1/4” x 4”
Marina Mist: 5” x 3 3/4”
Scraps of whisper white card stock.

Instructions:
With piece of whisper white card stock score it in half at 4 1/4”and crease with your bone folder
Next with the piece of night of navy card stock adhere it to the whisper white base with snail.
Now with the marina mist, ink up the edges with night of navy ink and then adhere it to the night of navy piece.
With night of navy ink stamp the pine tree three times on the top of he card. You may have to use a piece of a post it note to the end to mask off the bottom of the tree.
With the night of navy stampin’ blend, put curved lines under the trees to define them. Now with the white chalk marker add snow flakes around the trees and snow to the ground, but not all the way down.
At the bottom stamp the sentament of your choice. Add ribbon around the card above the sentament and then add a snow flake.
Lastly add wink of stellla clear to the snow flake and the snow at the top.

Valentine Ornament

Scraps of melon mambo and blushing bride card stock

Instructions:
1. Die cut out two large hearts the size you wish. Adhere together adding some bakers twine in between it to hand your heart. (I used a melon mambo and a. Blushing bride card stock).
2. Next take and quill all your roses adhering together with glue. Adhere them to the melon mambo side with glue and let dry. (I stuck in little green leaves all the way around the heart before the glue dried).
3. When the glue has dried flip the heart over and adhere various heart die cuts to the large one. (I used on melon mambo one and one blushing bride one).
4. Lastly quill up a rose, adding a leaf behind it and add it to the center heart.
