Instructions:

  1. With piece of card stock that is 12” x 12” score it at 4” and 8” turn and repeat. On two opposite sides make a 1” mark at 6”.

  2. Now fold all score lines and fold in the left flap, take the horizontal  fold and match it to the vertical fold. Be sure to crease the inner diagonal section, and repeat for all four sides. Now on the sides that you made the one inch score, fold that in. From the end of that line to each corner crease, {it will look like the side of a milk carton}. Repeat for the other side and fold all flaps inward to form the box.

  3. With the second piece of matching card stock, (cut as above), score it at 4” and 4 1/2”. Fold, and hen adhere the 2 1/2” side to the back of the box with tear and tape. Add velcro dots to the inside cover and front of the box to keep the flap closed.

  4. For decorating the front I cut out 2 – 1” circles in whisper white and 2 – 1/2” circles in basic black. I adhered them together and then onto the front flap. Then add white flecks to his eyes and with you black marker draw in the eye brows. I hand cute a black mouth, red tongue and his white teeth. Adhere them together and then onto the front flap. I also cut some strips of black and adhered it on top.

ENJOY!

Remember to be creative and come up with your own emoji faces. Even if they are happy, sad angry and more. Have your kids try this out to and see what they come up with.

My Top Five Favorite Stampin’ Up! Products & Why.

My Top Five Favorite Stampin’ Up! Products & Why.

I love lots of our Stampin’ Up! products but I have to say my top five  favorites right now August 1st 2018 are:

  1. The big shot: I would not want to not have a big shot as it adds so much to your paper crafting projects. You can add dry embossing to cards, die cuts to your scrapbooks, make boxes, bags and much more. Here are the big shot details as described on the Stampin’ Up! Website. Say hello to your crafty friend—the Big Shot. It’s a manual, multipurpose die-cutting system that you can use to quickly and easily create die-cut or embossed shapes, envelopes, tags, and 3D items.

      *  Portable; no electricity required

      * Includes Standard Cutting Pads and Multipurpose Platform

          • Cuts a variety of materials depending on the die used

      Therefore I think the big shot is number one in my book and a must have in your craft room.

2. Stampin’ Trimmer: This trimmer is my second favorite product

    at Stampin’ Up! There are many other trimmers out there on the

    market, but I find this trimmer to be superior over all the others. I love that it has a lock for traveling, a six inch base, grid lines that won’t  wear down and there is storage for extra blades underneath. It is light weight, can be expanded to over 14”, and has a cutting and scoring blade.

  I would recommend this trimmer to everyone because it can

      be used as a trimmer as well as a score board and it is good  quality.

3. Another product that I feel is an essential in paper crafting is

    our snail adhesive. This adhesive is strong yet you can

    reposition it and if you get some any place it should not be,

   you can rub it off very disillusioned. Stampin’ Up! describes it

   as follows: SNAIL is double-sided, permanent adhesive. It

   applies a controlled amount of adhesive directly to your

   project, so your hands and work area never get sticky.

   * 13.1 yards (12 m) of adhesive

   * Easy to apply and refill

   * Refills available

    There only $7.00 and they are refillable, so why not grab a few

     and try them.

4. Stampin’ ink padsMy next favorite item for paper crafting from Stampin’ Up! is our  new Stampin’ ink pads.

 These ink pads are the best I have ever

    seen, the are large pads, refillable, and they store up side down

    so the ink stays at the top. Stampin’ Up! Discribes them on

    their website as follows:

    Make a colorful impression with our signature ink. Classic

    Stampin’ Pads come in exclusive Stampin’ Up! colors, grouped

    in collections to take the guesswork out of product

    coordination. The innovative ink pad design has a patented

    flip-top lid and a firm foam pad to give you a superior stamping

    experience.

    * 10 pads, 1 each of 10 colors:    * Fast drying, dye-based ink

    * Acid free

    * Flip top for upside-down storage: pads stay inked during

       storage

    * Firm foam pad lasts longer than felt pads and provides

        exceptional ink coverage, especially with solid-image

        stamps

     * Can be re-inked with matching Classic Stampin’ Ink Refills

     * Coordinates with Stampin’ Up! cardstock, markers, and

         embellishments

   These inks are the best like I said before, the lids are attached so they don’t fall off. Try yours today.

    5.  The last favorite of mine is our new Stamparatus this great tool makes it so much easier and faster to stamp, re-stamp and do multiple Stamping. You will love this tool and it will make life so much easier. Stampin’Up! say this about this tool.

A must-have tool for all stampers, the Stamparatus helps you perfectly align stamp images, stamp multiples of the same project quickly and precisely, and get complete ink coverage.

It was created by stampers for stampers, so it has all the features you want:

* Compatible with red rubber and photopolymer stamps

* 2 magnets to hold the paper in place

* Rulers on 2 sides for quick measuring

* 2 open sides so you can use larger paper

* Multiple hinges for more placement options

* 2 reversible plates for 4 sides to work with

* 1 foam mat for use with photopolymer

* 1 base with grid

* Magnet storage areas

Hope you enjoyed my top pick and if you are ever interested in any of these products you can visit my website at www.bringjoywithstamping.stampinup.net
